Cynda Harris Behymer is a Soul Care Coach who supports women in leadership as they navigate calling, life balance, and God-inspired dreams. With over 40 years of experience in full-time Worship Arts and Women’s Ministry in Tampa, Florida—and 15 years of private coaching—Cynda understands the unique pressures women face while leading in ministry, business, and family life.
Having raised four children while serving in full-time ministry, Cynda knows what it means to walk through different seasons and learn rhythms for life and leadership. She now provides women a safe and sacred space to process, reflect, and grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
Through coaching, Cynda helps women leaders gain clarity, hear God’s voice, and lead from a place of wholeness—so they can flourish in both life and leadership.
