“A leader's true worth is measured by how long they can be dead in their office before anyone notices.”

Norman’s Speaking Topics

  • What truly makes a team thrive — and what quietly tears one apart? Behind every high-performing group are qualities that build trust and push a team to be better, but just as real are the subtle forces that unravel even the most talented teams. In these lessons, Norman will lead us to explore both sides — and how you, as a leader, can make all the difference. Curious? You should be.

  • What if your greatest leadership move was making someone else the star? The best leaders don't just wear the crown — they hand them out. They see potential in people that those people haven't even discovered yet, and they know exactly how to unlock it. So here's the real question: are you building followers, or are you building leaders? If you're ready to become the kind of leader who grows other leaders, this one's for you. In an interactive format, let's talk about what it means to lead as a kingmaker.

  • Be honest — which one gets you? Is it worse when your kids don't do what you say... or when they don't even listen? There's a difference, and if you think about it long enough, it'll tell you a lot about yourself as a leader. Oh, and while you're thinking — someone once dropped this little gem: a leader's true worth is measured by how long they could be dead in their office before anyone noticed. Yikes. So here's the real question — would anyone notice? Come ready, because this one's going to get personal and be ready to share.

  • Quick question — be honest. What drives you more crazy: when someone ignores what you say... or ignores what you do?

Someone once said a leader's true worth can be measured by how long they could be dead in their office before anyone noticed. Ouch. Funny — until you really think about it. Here's the thing. The moment you think your leading days are behind you is probably the exact moment someone around you needs you leading the most. You are never not leading someone. The only question is — are you leading them somewhere worth going?

  • Whatever happened to couples who genuinely had each other’s backs...for life?

In this message, Norman talks real talk with his audience. Family values aren’t being passed down like they used to be. And we’re seeing the fallout everywhere. Homes. Relationships. Communities. “There can be no communication if people won’t listen to each other.” In a world where everyone is moving fast and talking loud - who is actually listening? And what does that cost us in our closest relationships?

“He is doing a new thing”

Cynda’s Speaking Topics

  • All of us have different personalities, different styles, and lives.  In a world that tries to give us messages how, what, where, when and who – God has a beautiful plan that will not follow what the world’s plan has to offer. It’s in knowing WHOSE we are is where we become clearer about who we are and what we can contribute to the world.

  • God is calling this generation to rise up, take the matter that is in their hands, and with support, they will rise up in courage and do it! Cynda digs into this powerful scripture of Ezra 10:4 to help women identify their season, what they hold in their hands, and how to overcome the obstacles that try to stop them. They leave with the confidence of knowing that they are equipped, qualified, and tools to walk into their future with courage and readiness.

  • Have you ever been in a position of dreaming big and ready to take that huge step of faith and then you feel God pulling you way, way back? This message is about recognizing that your setback is preparing you for God’s setup! In order for God to launch you forward, you may need to go back to areas to get a good foot grip for launch pad action!  Based on the Scripture Isaiah 43:18-19, we gain understanding of moving forward and focused on His new thing.

  • At times, God will give you a vision that seems impossible. Completely impossible. What is God calling you to build?  A healthy marriage or family? A successful business or life? A thriving leadership team? Becoming aware of the tools/experiences that you have been given, understanding that your Story is not over is when God will provide the strength, provision, support and the courage to build that God-sized dream He created you for.

  • Life begins with the planting of a seed. Whether it’s a dream, idea or a prayer. Understanding the environment for that seed to grow is imperative for it to flourish into what it was created to be.  Cynda uses the metaphor of her grandparent’s farm and her hilarious stories of pregnancy to our spiritual growth in life. Understanding the different stages and seasons of growth to the birth and realization of seeing those things become a reality is where we can understand the dynamics of being present and certain in every season. What is your season?
