Dr. Norman Behymer
Dr. Norman Behymer brings more than 50 years of ministry and leadership experience to his coaching of pastors and executive leaders. Having served for decades at Council Road Baptist Church in Bethany, Oklahoma—including roles as Worship Arts Minister and Executive Pastor—Norman now focuses on developing the next generation of leaders as Pastor of Staff Development.
Norman’s coaching is rooted in wisdom gained from serving under five senior pastors and stewarding the leadership investment each brought to the church. He specializes in helping leaders strengthen decision-making, optimize time, and cultivate healthy relationships in ministry, leadership, and family life.
Passionate about raising future leaders, Norman describes his calling as that of a “king maker—raising up a generation of leaders who will raise others.” His greatest joy is seeing those he mentors step confidently into their own calling and flourish.
